5. Pricing and sales
All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, run promotions or end a sale at any time without notice. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.
6. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, we'll refund you in full. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

9. Reviews and content you share
If you leave a review, photo or other content on our site or social channels, you confirm it reflects your own honest experience and give us permission to display it in connection with Astrocalm. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Astrocalm name and logo, text, graphics and images, belongs to Astrocalm or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrocalm is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products, or from failure to follow safety instructions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the state or country where you live.

Welcome to Astrocalm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. "Astrocalm", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Astrocalm, and "you" refers to you, the customer.
1. Using our store
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and not to use our store for any unlawful purpose.
2. Our products
Astrocalm products are designed to support calm, enjoyable bedtime routines. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, including ADHD, autism or sleep disorders. Every child responds differently. Educational and research content on our site is for general information only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Safety and supervision
Little Astro is suitable for ages 3+ with adult supervision. Never look directly into the projector lens, and follow the safety instructions provided with the product. Astro Buddy contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 (choking hazard). Adults are responsible for supervising use and following all age and safety guidance.
4. Product images and descriptions
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Some images on our site are illustrative or digitally created to show how products may look in use. Projection colors, brightness and coverage can vary depending on your room, ceiling, distance and screen settings. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, contact us and we'll put it right under our Refund Policy.
